Whichever way you look at it clearly there is a long overdue debate beginning about the true meaning of halal and an area London Muslim is particularly exercised about is any of the food we actually eat Halal?

Following Nasrine Malik's article about halal right or wrong Catherine Fildes a self described "white Muslim girl" has taken her to task by explaining her view of halal.
