Sorry for the lack of posts recently as I've been travelling and am now in Cairo Egypt.
Trust me to chose my timing well as its all a bit tense with Mubarak and his cronies facing the noose. Surprisingly having spoken to a few locals the place is absolutely bereft of tourists post the revolution so if your keen to get away from English Chavs and see a beautiful Muslim country whose civilisation goes back thousands of years when Europeans were still in bear skins then come over.
LM might travel on to Sharm el Sheikh but with Ramadan its all a bit of a struggle so will do the Pyramids and try and explore the amazing city of Cairo. Net connections a bit dodgy so hope all is well "back home" and the nasty EDL racist chavs are not spoiling your Ramadan.
